As we were in Idaho vivisting family, Sami has cousins who have Nintendo DS's. She has wanted one for a long time. Mom has never wanted to buy her one. But her grandma doesnt mind buying her one. See that pink one in her hand?

Yep, thats hers. So there she is sitting with two of her cousins, with their minds totally into the game they are playing. I was worried about her having one. I dont think I need to worry. At least not now. They played outside on the scooters A LOT. She is currently playing with her sister with Polly Pocket dolls.

This second picture is of her and her cousin, Trey. When we were picked up from the airport those two had to share a seat belt and they were both facing away from each other as much as possible. By the time we got to my sister-in-laws house they were like long lost friends. They will talk for hours and sit really close to each other while they play their DS's. It was fun to tease them about being kissing cousins.

Sami's tumble

Sami wants me to tell you about her tumble she had this evening.

Sami was on a chair trying to reach the bubble gum that mom put high up on a shelf so she wouldnt reach it. She slipped and came tumbling down but on the way down, the right side of her face hit our dvd holder and it gave her a little gash a little below and to the side of her eye. The bubble gum went flying and she came running outside to me (I was watering the lawn). She cried and cried and cried. I told her she might need stitches and she promptly stopped crying and said it wasnt that bad. ha ha

We have patched her up and we took some pictures and she wants to share them. We didnt take her to the er. Didnt have a car and I dont think it was that bad.

New Job

As of Wednesday I work at a cute salon in town called The Lemons Salon. I make some pretty good money. It will be part time work. Just two days a week. I will continue to work at my other job. Which is a butcher shop. I wrap the meat. Some times I clean and some times I paint too.

The owner of the salon is 20 years old. Just out of hair school a year but she is on the ball and very driven. So I have been very busy with two jobs, my kids, my husband, house cleaning, two cats and mountains of laundry.

One little perk of this new job is that I get free tanning. I will be taking advantage of that but not to much because I dont want skin cancer any time to soon.

My Very First Time

Yes, I have finally done it. I have started my very own blog. I was looking a bunch of friends blogs this morning and started thinking about starting my own. So if anyone feelslike reading about my so very excting life, they can. Like today, I caulked around my tub.

I know, I know....its so much excitment that you wanna be at my house dont you?

This is it for now. I will have to mess around later and make this place mine.
